Huge noise at night (night club open till 3 a.m.); Slow staff in reception; Not too clean rooms.

I liked cleanliness, location, rooms etc of the hotel. But information system is very very poor & it bothered me & all of my relatives & friends. There was wrong telephone number (+97142716666) on my booking receipt & I had given that to all but they did not get me on that number even they who attended the call did not give Benta Grand Hotel's number to them. Because of this some of them could not meet me during my trip. Because of wrong telephone number I was also wandering for 45 minutes to find out the hotel & expensed 55 Dhirmas for taxi whereas it would be maximum 10 Dhirams expenses if the number was correct. When I arrived at the hotel the room was not ready & I wasted my 30-40 minutes at the hotel lobby.

I must think twice to recommend this hotel to others. Some thing is good but some thing is very bad.

The hotel had great cleanliness and facilities, with a delicious breakfast provided. Staff were super helpful, and the location was ideal for getting around the city with easy access to transportation.

The hotel is clean good and room was spacious. I liked the restaurant and the service is really good. Real value for money spent.

The gym is really neglected. They should hv a good gym n they could give other places a run for their money.

You can not open the window of your room, because it is better to keep it closed. Telephone in room not connected Mini bar with no power prices of mini bar is too high due you are in the down towen

We had a lovely weekend at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a great view of the city from the window. The hotel location was perfect as it was near to many tourist attractions and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which offered a range of delicious food options.

Our stay was marred by the loud noise from the hotel's bar at night which disturbed our sleep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was slow and kept disconnecting which made it difficult to stay connected. while we had a pleasant stay, the noise from the bar and poor Wi-Fi were disappointing.

Despite being in a bustling and overpopulated area, the room is surprisingly quiet and well-insulated from the noise of the nearby nightclubs. The Christmas decorations were really nice and created a festive atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food and the coffee was particularly good. The hotel was conveniently located near a popular shopping area and had easy access to public transportation.

The noise level from the nightclubs was unbearable and kept us up all night. The room we were assigned was small and had a strange smell that did not go away despite our complaints.
